A cardio workout designed with burlesque music and moves!
Dancing is not enough for you as a workout? Then come to Burlesque Workout to empower yourself. Hip swings in endurance mode, endless shimmies, high heels training and you can be sure: not only feather boas will be lifted! The swinging burlesque music and the elegant exercises make you forget that you are actually training!
Structure of the course: Warm-up of the whole body, dance endurance training, strength training with your own body weight and small equipment, posture exercises, stretching. Also available over Zoom.
