General Terms and Conditions
Registration for events must be made in writing or via the registration form on the website www.dansepartout.ch. The registration is binding for the participant even without written confirmation. Places will be allocated according to the chronological receipt of registrations. The registrations are renewed automatically, meaning you’ll always have your place secured. If you decide not to continue on a course, please inform us per email 1 month before the course start.
By registering, the course participant confirms that he/she has taken note of and accepts the general terms and conditions.
- Course fee
The course fees advertised on www.dansepartout.ch at the time of registration apply.
- Terms of payment
Payments are due by the date specified in the invoice / correspondence and are to be paid without deduction into the specified bank account. Twint is also accepted.
If payment is not received on time, places may be allocated elsewhere. Non-payment of the course fee does not count as cancellation.
Cancellation by the participant must be made in writing and is free of charge until the date stated in the course confirmation. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full course fee will be charged. These regulations apply regardless of the reason for cancellation and also when a medical certificate is presented. Only partial participation in the course does not entitle the participant to a reduction in payment.
Private lessons: In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full price will be charged.
Weekly coursesIn case of withdrawal from a weekly course, a cancellation fee of Fr. 30.00 will be charged.
- Illness / Important reasons for non-participation
Individual events (e.g. workshops): Absences due to illness can be made up for in other events within six months after consultation. This rebooking will be subject to the presentation of a medical certificate or other attestation. The course fee must be paid immediately and not at the time of the make-up. Weekly courses: Absences can only be made up in exceptional cases such as prolonged illness or accident. This must always be done in consultation with the course leader. In principle, no course fees will be refunded.
Events can be moved or cancelled for important reasons (e.g. too few participants). In the event of cancellation, an alternative date will be offered or the course fee refunded at the participant’s discretion.
- Trial lessons
If there are free places, a trial lesson can be booked. Price on request.
The course participant must not infringe the course provider’s copyrights. In particular, choreographies learned in the course may not be performed or taught to third parties, either for payment or free of charge, without the consent of the author.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. No liability is accepted in the event of theft or loss of personal belongings or in the event of injuries or accidents.
