General Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration

Registration for events must be made in writing (Email, Whatsapp) or via the registration form on the website www.dansepartout.ch. The registration is binding for the participant even without written confirmation. Places will be allocated according to the chronological receipt of registrations. The registrations for regular classes are renewed automatically, meaning they’ll always have their place secured. If the participant decides not to continue on a course, they must inform us per email up to 2 weeks before the course starts. We always send at least one reminder a month in advance to the email the participant uses for enrollment. If the participant cancels after a confirmation has been issued, the participant will be charged Fr.30 for admin costs.

For the MarshMellow Project the same above applies, except the automatic renewal: each season has a beginning (as soon as the terms and conditions are sent) and an end, which is always the next show entitled “D’Vine Extravaganza” – date is shown in the terms and conditions. Each participant needs to renew their registration for each season. No hours, lessons or perks related to one season may be taken to the next one. Each season is different.

By registering, regardless of whether by email, whatsapp or the form on the website the course participant confirms that he/she has taken note of and accepts the general terms and conditions.

  1. Course fee

The course fees advertised on www.dansepartout.ch at the time of registration apply.

  1. Terms of payment

Payments are due by the date specified in the invoice / correspondence and are to be paid without deduction into the specified bank account. Twint is also accepted, as well as payment by credit card through Stripe for some courses.

If payment is not received on time, places may be allocated elsewhere. Non-payment of the course fee or no-show does not count as cancellation.

All course and workshop fees need to be paid before the course starts or the workshop takes place.
In any case, if payment is not made up to 10 days after its deadline, we’ll contact you per email or other means. If you still have any outstanding amount, we’ll contact you again weekly and if it reaches a month we’ll add an administrative fee of Fr.20 to each time we need to chase you.

  1. Withdrawal

Cancellation by the participant must be made in writing and is free of charge until the course confirmation is sent. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full course fee will be charged. These regulations apply regardless of the reason for cancellation and also when a medical certificate is presented. Only partial participation in the course does not entitle the participant to a reduction in payment.

Private lessons: In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full price will be charged.

Weekly courses In case of withdrawal from a weekly course after a confirmation has been issued, a cancellation fee of Fr. 30.00 will be charged.

  1. Illness / Important reasons for non-participation

Individual events (e.g. workshops): Absences due to illness can be made up for in other events (Burlesque Workout on Wednesdays or a future, non-sold out workshop) within six months after consultation. This rebooking will be subject to the presentation of a medical certificate or other attestation. The course fee must be paid immediately and not at the time of the make-up. Weekly courses: Absences can only be made up in exceptional cases such as prolonged illness or accident. This must always be done in consultation with the course leader. In principle, no course fees will be refunded.

  1. Modifications

Events can be moved or cancelled for important reasons (e.g. too few participants). In the event of cancellation, an alternative date will be offered or the course fee refunded at the participant’s discretion.

  1. Trial lessons

If there are free places, a single trial lesson can be booked. They cost Fr.20.

  1. Copyright

The course participant must not infringe the course provider’s copyrights. In particular, choreographies learned in the course may not be performed or taught to third parties, either for payment or free of charge, without the consent of the author. Purchased videos can be accessed forever, and they cannot be shared or sold.

  1. Liability

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. By registering to a course and accepting the terms and conditions the participant is assuring us they are able to perform the activities and assume all risks involved with physical activities. No liability is accepted in the event of theft or loss of personal belongings or in the event of injuries or accidents.
