Maybe you don’t know, but 🔥 “Tease me, please!” 🔥 was born from our vision that Switzerland has a LOT of burlesque talents – and we can create a beautiful, very intimate and crazy glamorous show showcasing their incredible work. You have now the unique opportunity to watch the best in Swiss burlesque: from big names and established performers like Emma Mylan (did you hear by the way that Zürich’s sweethearts Minouche von Marabou and Liu Bohème are performing with us on the 16th?) to the marvelous upcoming generation of tomorrow (our fantastic students at Danse Partout ❣️)!

Burlesque comes from the word Burla, which means “mock”, “make fun of”. It’s so gorgeous it’s borderline ridiculous. The idea is to push the ideals to the extreme, so much, it becomes ridiculous. Burlesque is stripTEASE, emphasis on the tease. A burlesque dancer/performer is, at heart, a stripper. Cabaret style.
